Welcome to the CVBUA Website
Since 2012 the Central Virginia Baseball Umpires Association (CVBUA) has been the preeminent high school umpiring association. We service 21 schools in the Charlottesville and Central Virginia environs including all the Jefferson District Schools.
We offer advanced training and evaluation methods to help you grow as an umpire. This training and evaluation philosophy has allowed our umpires to work State of Virginia playoff games, including State semi-final and final contests at many different Class levels.
The CVBUA gives back to the community with several of our umpires assisting in recreation leagues through training and evaluation.
